描述：
CVE(CAN) ID: CVE-2016-9860
phpmyadmin是MySQL数据库的在线管理工具。
phpMyAdmin 4.6.x, 4.4.x, 4.0.x版本存在安全漏洞。在配置$cfg['AllowArbitraryServer']=true后，可使攻击者利用此漏洞导致拒绝服务。
