安装好Oracle之后，想用其他Linux用户登录sqlplus，
$usermod -g oinstall zhou
$cp /home/oracle/.bash_profile /home/zhou/.bash_profile
发现失败！
出现如下的问题：

ERROR:
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27121: unable to determine size of shared memory segment
Linux Error: 13: Permission denied
从上面的提示来看主要是权限不够，操作被os拒绝了，shared memory segment无法访问，
